Curiam Capital’s Managing Principal Ross Wallin Participates in 3rd Annual LF Dealmakers Forum

On October 13th, Curiam Capital’s Managing Principal, Ross Wallin, joined Sara Randazzo, Rebecca Berrebi, Ian Ippolito, and Leslie Perrin on the panel “State of the Industry: Litigation Finance & Risk Management” that discussed the maturation of the litigation financing industry.

As the litigation finance industry continues to grow, third-party brokers and consultants have also been growing in number. While some third parties can add value to the industry, some may not, and industry participants should do their research before engaging a broker or consultant.

Curiam’s Ross Wallin shares: “Do your own due diligence and be very thoughtful about who you choose because the brokers themselves have reputations and that reputation can really redound to your benefit or not to your benefit, depending on who you’re working with.”
