Law360’s Legal Industry Editorial Advisory Board

Law360 (March 26, 2018, 3:19 PM EDT) — Law360 is pleased to announce the formation of its 2018 Legal Industry Editorial Advisory Board.

The purpose of the editorial advisory board is to get feedback on Law360’s coverage and gain insight from experts in the field on how best to shape future coverage.

The members of the 2018 Legal Industry Law360 editorial advisory board are:

Steve Boutwell, Kean Miller
As chief operating officer of Kean Miller, Steve Boutwell is responsible for a range of strategic business functions and provides counsel to firm management and the leadership of the firm’s service departments. He works closely with the firm’s chief financial officer and service team leaders to develop and implement forward-thinking approaches for all facets of the law firm.

Christina Buensuceso, Eversheds Sutherland
Christina Buensuceso is a senior business development manager with the energy and infrastructure group at Eversheds Sutherland, based in the firm’s Atlanta office. She works with attorneys in the group to identify their business goals and develop, initiate and execute strategic business development plans.

Brian L. Duffy, Greenberg Traurig
Brian Duffy is the firm’s CEO and previously served as its co-president and chair of its global litigation department. He focuses his practice on class action, employment, energy, commercial contract and product liability trials and appeals, serving as national counsel in high-profile cases throughout the country.

Amanda Freedman, Schnader Harrison Segal & Lewis LLP
Amanda Freedman is the director of marketing and business development at Schnader Harrison. She works with attorneys to identify business development opportunities and create marketing collateral. Previously, Freedman worked in advertising, where she led agency relationships with clients such as Capital One, BMW Financial Services and Aetna.

Kenneth Gary, Baretz & Brunelle
For more than a decade, including his time directing business operations at the legal industry’s most influential media organization, Ken Gary has delivered creative, results-oriented advice to law firms and industry vendors on how best to position themselves and influence their markets.

Lawrence T. Gresser, Cohen & Gresser LLP
Lawrence Gresser is the managing partner of Cohen & Gresser, which he co-founded in 2002. His practice focuses on advising clients on complex commercial matters, including international litigation and arbitration, securities law, real estate litigation, partnership and LLC law, executive compensation and private equity transactions.

Molly L. Pease, Curiam Capital LLC
Molly Pease is a managing director at Curiam Capital LLC, a private investment firm that provides financing for high-value litigation. She leads the operations of the firm, while also supporting its business development efforts and the underwriting and monitoring of its investments.

Barbara Taylor, DLA Piper
As DLA Piper’s chief marketing officer, Barbara Taylor leads the firm’s marketing team by collaboratively innovating and executing client development and marketing strategies in the Americas, and integrates these efforts globally. She also manages the hemisphere’s communications and public relations efforts. She previously served as general counsel of BDO USA.

Joshua Troy, Blank Rome LLP
Joshua Troy is the professional development manager at Blank Rome, where he works with attorneys to ensure their professional and personal success. His responsibilities include designing and implementing initiatives focused on attorney training, advising, feedback and career progression, as well as collaborating with the firm’s women’s forum.
