Lauren Bernstein Joins Curiam Capital as Director with a Focus on Transactional Work for Single-Case and Portfolio Financings

New York, NY, March 25, 2019 — Curiam Capital, a private investment firm that provides financing for high-value litigation, announced that Lauren Bernstein has joined the firm as a Director with a focus on transactional work for the firm’s single-case and portfolio financings. With more than a decade of experience as a finance lawyer, Bernstein will also be monitoring Curiam’s investments and assisting with the firm’s business development efforts.

“Lauren’s arrival will significantly broaden the scope of in-house expertise at Curiam,” said Ross Wallin, Managing Principal at Curiam. “Lauren’s deep experience in commercial financing transactions will strengthen Curiam’s ability to provide customized solutions to the capital needs of claimants and law firms.”

“I am thrilled to join the team at Curiam and bring my transactional expertise to the litigation finance industry,” said Bernstein. “Litigation funding is significantly impacting the worlds of finance and law, and I am excited to be part of this rapidly growing area as a member of Curiam’s team. My large law firm and business experience give me the tools to help Curiam continue to provide creative financing solutions to our clients.”
