Curiam Capital’s Molly Pease Discusses the Lifecycle of Litigation Finance

On September 28, 2021, the American Bar Association and Ankura co-sponsored a webinar that brought industry experts together to discuss “The Lifecycle of Litigation Finance: Everything You Should Know”. Curiam Capital’s Molly Pease joined Eric Chang – Principal of Chang Arbitration, Daniel Bond, Managing Director & Global Head of Underwriting at Delta Capital Partners Management LLC, and David Moes, Senior Managing Director of Disputes & Economics at Ankura on the panel that addressed topics such as presenting claims to funders, the due diligence process, and pay out of proceeds, among others.

Molly Pease explained how Curiam approaches the evaluation of claims for funding, the structuring of the funder return, and the types of cases that Curiam is looking to fund.
