Anup Misra to Speak at the Fourth Annual Patent Trial & Appeal Board Event
Curiam Capital’s Director, Anup Misra, will be speaking at the Fourth Annual Patent Trial & Appeal Board (PTAB) event being held January 29 – 31, 2024, at IPWatchdog Studios in Ashburn, VA.
As part of the IPWatchdog Masters™ series, he will be joining Brad Close of Transpacific IP Group Limited, James Carmichael of Carmichael IP, PLLC, and Sarah Tsou of Omni Bridgeway in a panel entitled, “Solving for PTAB Risk: A Litigation Funding Perspective,” where they share their insights about litigation funding and patent litigation.
